Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation work and general cooking under the supervision of Demi Chef Supervisor (Japanese)
- Monitoring dish ingredients and portion sizes
- Check freshness of food and ingredients, inspect suppliers, maintain high standards of hygiene
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above or equivalent
- 1 – 2 year(s) relevant experience with Japanese food & beverage cooking knowledge
- Positive and team work with members
- General Japanese communication level is an advantage
