Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality client support service to institutional investors through the global client communication platform
  • Establish and produce client communication documents as well as fund reports in an accurately and timely manner
  • Work closely with internal partners such as Product, Investment Specialist, Marketing and Client Services to create and maintain client documents
  • Ensure smooth production support workflow and productions requests handled in a timely manner
  • Proactively contribute ideas, research and recommend continuous production improvement opportunities
  • Handle queries from client and internal teams in a professional manner
  • Assist in any global projects/initiative where necessary

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance or Business Administration with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Exposure in Client and Fund Reporting processes in asset management field an advantage
  • Familiarity with fund/segregated mandate operations and different asset classes
  • Good organization skills, detail oriented and work under pressure with tight deadline
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, interpersonal and presentation skills
