Job Description
Our client, a reputable fund house, has an opportunity for a 6-month contract Client Service Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality client service by attending to client enquiries and requests on pension fund issues
- Provide service support to ease client’s administrative burden in pension funds scheme management
- Implement procedures, processes and projects for process streamlining of operations and service improvement initiatives
- Work with internal stakeholders for service requirements, enquiries, and instructions
- Responsible for effective service recovery process through complaint logging, handling and resolution
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Provide support in administrative duties and ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Degree holder with 3 to 5 years relevant customer servicing experience in financial institutions
- Good knowledge of pension fund products
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- People oriented with tactful customer service skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Mature and strong personal drive.
