Claims Manager (Insurance)

Job Description

1. Supervise a team of claims adjusters, examiners, and other staff in claims management and claims processing
2. Review company policies to determine coverage or liability for new claims
3. Facilitate the settling of complex claims and process related paperwork
4. Provide solutions for constant improvement in the process of claims
5. Ensure compliance, adherence to claims processes and timely payments
6. Prepare management reports and routine reports

Requirements

1. Degree Holders, or Professional / Higher Diploma in insurance
2. With relevant professional qualification such as ANZIIF / ACII is preferred
3. 8 years’ work experience in handling general insurance claims
4. Preferably in motor and EC cases
5. Proficient in MS Windows & Office
6. Good negotiation, management and communication skills
