Job Description
- Provide sales administrative support in marketing of fund products to financial intermediaries including banks and insurance companies
 - Maintain quality client service standard and handle regular due diligence requests from distributors
 - Maintain customer database administration, filing system and ensure stock tracking of updated product or investment related materials
 - Provide regular reports for sales team and management on timely basis
 - Complete and coordinate various client requests and templates from distributors
 - Provide overall administrative support to sales team
 
Requirements
- Degree holder with 2 to 4 years sales/sales administrative experience preferable in fund management, financial or banking industry
 - Strong passion to expand fund products knowledge and build a career in asset management
 - Good team player with potential skills in business support and client management
 - Proficient in English and Chinese including Putonghua
 - Knowledge of Bloomberg and MorningStar an advantage
