Job Description
- Support Relationship Managers to build commercial clients’ portfolio
 - Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments on administrative follow up
 - Assist the Customer onboarding procedure, including but not limited to KYC, account opening documentations, offer letter and related legal documents etc
 - Assist to produce performance management report of the marketing teams
 - Assist to obtain the required market data for business planning
 - Assist in compliance exercise of external regulations and internal policy guidelines
 - Assist in overdue and portfolio quality monitoring
 
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 4 to 5 years’ relevant experience
 - Good understanding of commercial lending and banking operations
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Customer-oriented and a team player
 - Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
