Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Manager / Section Head to implement business innovation strategies
- Cooperate with various functions and departments or external business partner to drive digital service development and implementation
- Drive projects on the adaptation of business innovation
- Manage and coach members in reaching business objective in the Section
- To comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank
Requirements:
- University graduate in relevant disciplines
- Over 6 years’ experience in financial services or Fintech related industries
- Solid experience in driving implementation of innovation or new business model
- Having track record in implementing new product, service or operating model from concept inception throughout the implementation cycle
- Knowledgeable in business and operation models of Banking or Financial Institution with good level of understanding on the local regulatory environment
- Good understanding on latest market and technology trends
Candidates with more experience can be considered as “Senior Manager”
