An established insurance company specialized in employee benefits products, is trying to expand its business, and is looking for seasoned professionals with extensive experience in employee benefits field for Sr. Manager or above positions.
He /she will have supervisory experience to lead sales team members to achieve sales targets by providing quality services to business partners; will also involve in product developments and other marketing activities to promote sales.
The applicant needs to have 10 years or more experience in insurance product sales. Prefer people with experience in dealing with brokers or agents in employee benefit products.
