Job Description
Responsibilities
- Aanlyse user requirements and review system design documentations to ensure that the functionalities meet the user requirement
- Provide business analysis and consulting services to users and project teams for effective implementation of solutions
- Develop user requirement specifications and UAT plan
- Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle
- Establish acceptance test procedures, manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing, document user procedures and provide user training
Requirements
- Degree holder in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in financial industry and business analyst role
- Good understanding of MPF & SFC regulated activities with license preferred
- A team player with good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
