Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Branch working, greet and welcome walk-in & phone-in customers according to the established service standard.
- Handle customer enquiries and requests, and always seek advice from supervisor for proper handling of customer complaint .
- Follow up loan processing and administrative duties.
- Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds and handle repayment over the counter
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Secondary education
- Experience in Consumer Finance/banking industry is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Kwun Tong area living is an advantage
