Job Description

  1. Follow up outstanding issues and handle customer’s enquiries
  2. Process member enrolments, terminations, contributions in accordance with external regulatory requirements and company internal procedures and policies
  3. Assist in carrying out functional testing for systems enhancement purpose
  4. Assist in ad-hoc projects when necessary
  5. Perform other job related duties in the department

 

Requirements

  1. Degree holder with pension fund administration experience
  2. Knowledge of update MPF and ORSO regulations
  3. Proficient in PC literature
  4. Attention to details and good communications skills
