Job Description
- Execute bancassurance sales activities within bank branches to meet defined business objectives
- Identify opportunities within the bank’s customer base to promote insurance products
- Support relationship managers to address customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Assist in implementation of business plans and marketing initiatives for driving wealth management business to deepen the high-net-worth client penetration
- Deliver customized advice and post sales service to customers.
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in bancassurance/insurance business in banks or insurance companies
- Self independent with good insurance products knowledge
- Strong in customer selling and relationship building
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable working in bank branches environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
