Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support team manager as a sub-leader to improve existing systems (Manufacturer), implementing digital transformation (DX).
- Understand needs from business users and cooperate with vendors to achieve the assigned projects
- Analyze reasons of problems and provide the best solution to our colleagues and business partners when seeing the needs or being consulted
- Lead projects of system development from the stage of planning and requirement definition to its implementation and report the progress to the department head constantly
- Liaise with our system vendors in Japan and China for the best schedule of system development
Requirements:
- Degree at IT; Computer Science / Diploma or above in related disciplines.
- At least 5 years solid experience, gained from sizable manufacturing company in system engineering(ERP) or system operations management is a must
- Candidates with experience in IT project management are highly preferred, such as Business Analysis role experience.
- Excellent Japanese language skill (JLPT Level 1);business level in in both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Interested in global business and latest IT technologies and trends
