Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day trust administration and ongoing operations in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review trust documents and KYC documents and ensure proper compliance
- Maintain client relationships and conduct regular review and workflow streamline to cope with client’s trust needs
- Maintain good working relationships with internal and external business partners
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree holder with professional qualifications such as CPA, ACIS or STEP
- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience in private trust administration
- Good knowledge of trust compliance
- Good team player with strong organization and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin
