Job Description


  • Provide leasing administration support including new lettings, renewals, marketing and tenancy administration
  • Coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting out and renovation management
  • Handle leasing enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in other administrative functions including events organization and coordination
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as necessary


  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in office leasing administration
  • Proactive, outgoing with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Japanese
