Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide leasing administration support including new lettings, renewals, marketing and tenancy administration
- Coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting out and renovation management
- Handle leasing enquiries and complaints
- Assist in other administrative functions including events organization and coordination
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as necessary
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in office leasing administration
- Proactive, outgoing with good communication and negotiation skills
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Japanese
