Job Description
- Formulate the goals, objectives and business plan of the Trust business
- Lead the team to ensure high level customer services is delivered to the clients
- Explore and acquire new business of High Net Worth Clients by networking through different bank and non-bank channels including, brokers, insurance agents, head office and bank branches etc.
- Address client’s need and provide professional advices in order to maximize business opportunities in trust.
- Manage client relationship and answer enquiries. Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Train and develop subordinates in the Trust Business Team
- Monitor KYC process and ensure risk management policies are followed
- Collaborate with trust administration team for new client’s onboarding process
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Accounting or business related disciplines, preferably with professional qualification such as HKCGI, CPA, LLB and TEP holders etc.
- Relevant experience in private trust, banking and financial services sector
- Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations in Hong Kong
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
