Job duties:

  • Assist in handling company secretarial works for group of companies
  • Handle banking and compliance matters
  • Update changes in Ordinances/Guidelines that affect group of companies
  • Follow up legal matters in the company

 

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Member or Student member of ICSA / HKICS
  • Over 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in PC operations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Candidate with more experience can be considered for the positions “Senior Company Secretary”
