Job Description
- Provide administrative support to agencies team including agents’ profile maintenance, onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentation for meetings and information notice issuance
- Prepare agents’sales performance reports
- Monitor business targets achievements
- Documents follow up and reports sorting
- Support system program installation and version update
- Handle monthly statement accounting support
- Ad hoc tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Secondary education with at least one year insurance administrative exposure preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, self-motivated and work independently
- Good PC and language skills in English and Chinese
