Job Description

  1. Provide administrative support to agencies team including agents’ profile maintenance, onboarding and offboarding process
  2. Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentation for meetings and information notice issuance
  3. Prepare agents’sales performance reports
  4. Monitor business targets achievements
  5. Documents follow up and reports sorting
  6. Support system program installation and version update
  7. Handle monthly statement accounting support
  8. Ad hoc tasks as necessary

 

Requirements

  1. Secondary education with at least one year insurance administrative exposure preferred
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Good team player, self-motivated and work independently
  4. Good PC and language skills in English and Chinese
