Job Description
- Assist in Company’s company secretarial matters and compliance management
- Ensure business compliance and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate review and filing of legal and commercial documents
- Assist in research on legal issues relevant to the Company’s business
- Provide administrative support to teammates including expatriates visa and accommodation handling and other administrative duties
- Assist in in-house digitalization projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Diploma holder with preferable 1 to 2 years compliance and administration work experience
- Good understanding of corporate governance and compliance management an advantage
- Good team player with strong communication skill and attentive to details
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
