Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support senior management to understand business needs, targets, objectives, processes and requirements
- Liaise with different departments in development and implementation of work plans
- Responsible for administration duties including but not limit to general office administration, travel arrangement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation and maintenance, service contracts renewal
- Budget planning and cost control on all-round administration functions.
- In charge of management reports, business correspondences and presentation materials
- Developing, reviewing and implementing administration policies, procedures and guidelines
- Coordinate various functions and handle various projects as assigned by Managing Director
- Translation and interpretation between Japanese and Chinese/English
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in related disciplines
- Working experience at corporate level in Japanese company, in which at least 3 years’ experience in managerial level
- Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Considerable discretion, judgment and initiative are required
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Japanese (JLPT Level N1 is preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
