Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration duties like food purchasing, personnel, housekeeping, security and others administration of chain restaurants
  • Monitor working procedures are in compliance with local regulatory as well as food safety and brand product quality
  • Communication with Japan Headquarter other internal parties
  • Achievement of sales performance and budget meeting
  • Research and collect clients’ expectation and comment for further business planning in coming
  • Training programs for restaurant staffs, new menu update and presentation
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 6 years relevant restaurant administration experience F & B is must
  • Team leadership, well organized and good time management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese is an advantage but not a must
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
