Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to bills operations
  • Perform data input, scanning, filing
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Other administrative duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education with at least 1 year experience in trade finance or handling shipping documents
  • Initiative and willing to learn
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
