- Act as coordinator and monitor between existing clients and internal technical colleagues
- Handle test requisitions and follow up clients’ orders, test requisitions arrange.
- Monitor report lead time and handle customer inquiries
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline, of which Textile / Chemistry is a definite advantage
- 2 year’s customer services working experience, laboratory experience.
- Excellent in both spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2), English and Mandarin
- Self-initiated, independent and be a good team player
- Candidate with more experience may considered as Senior position
