Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide compliance support to ensure business activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Analyse new legislation or regulatory changes issued by HKMA/SFC and bringing the awareness of the business teams
- Handle staff registration matters; and perform staff dealing and gifts & entertainment monitoring
- Process and keep track of compliance approvals in relation to CPT/OPT hours training records
- Provide administrative support in filings and notifications to regulators and other government authorities in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 4 years relevant experience in banking industry
- Compliance exposure in private banking business preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant laws, rules and regulations, codes and guidelines of HKMA and SFC
- Independent, self-motivated with good communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
