Job Description
- Handle a range of general banking services including personal lending, CASA, mortgage, insurance and credit card etc
- Proactively acquire new customers and provide tailored financial solutions to meet sales objectives
- Prospecting walk-in customers to promote and cross sell products that fulfill their banking requirements
- Build customer loyalty, resolve issues and actively engage in marketing activities
- Generate sales leads for internal stakeholders
- Ensure proper adherence to bank’s established policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
- Degree holder with 1 to 2 years’ experience in branch frontline customer service
- A good team player with strong business drive and attention to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- IIQE paper 1,2 and 3
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
