Job Description
- Conduct personal lending activities within branch locations to facilitate the acquisition of personal loan products
- Provide high-quality customer service to achieve assigned personal loan target
- Actively pursue business opportunities from walk-in clients, sales referrals and marketing activities
- Manage loan application processes to support effective loan approval and drawdown
- Ensure proper adherence to established guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Post-secondary or above with 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in personal loan sales or retail banking
- Proactive and self driven with positive mindset
- Good team player with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in English , Chinese and Mandarin
