Bills Operations Officer – Banking

Job Description

1. Perform import/export bills documents checking
2. Verify accuracy and completeness of LC documents to ensure adherence to LC terms and conditions
3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal guidelines of the Bank
4. Ensure efficient processing of bills transactions and provision of quality services to relevant parties
5. Perform limit checking for credit control
6. Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as necessary

Requirements

1. Secondary education, CDCS holder preferred
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in bills operations
3. Good knowledge on trade document checking including Documentary Credit and Collection, and trade finance transaction workflow
4. Familiar with ICC rules
5. Proficient in English and Chinese
