Job Description
- Process member enrolments, terminations, contributions in accordance with external regulatory requirements and company internal procedures and policies
- Follow up outstanding issues and handle customer’s enquires
- Assist in carrying out functional testing for systems enhancement purpose
- Perform other job related duties in the department
- Assist in ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements
- Degree holders in any discipline
- With pension fund administration experience
- Knowledge of update MPF and ORSO regulations
- Proficient in PC literature
- Attention to details and good communications skills
