Job Description
- Liaise with internal and external partners in management and distributions of trust assets
- Responsible for the preparation and documentation of trust establishment and transfer including trust deeds, letter of wishes and board resolutions etc.
- Responsible for handling Employees Share Award Schemes operation, including shares grant, vesting, trade orders and settlement instructions
Requirements
- Degree holders in Law, Accounting, Com Sec and Business related disciplines
- Professional qualifications such as STEP, CPA, LLM or ACIS is an advantage
- Relevant working experience in trust
- Strong communication skill and attention to details
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
