Job Description
- Provide middle office custodian administration services in relation to corporate trust, agent, and fund custodian services
- Work in close liaison with frontline and back office to provide business solutions for clients on trusts, funds and discretionary accounts
- Perform legal documentation review including Trust Deed, Fund Administration Agreement and Custody Agreement etc as well as offering documents relating to SFC authorized funds, QFII and RQFII products etc
- Monitor and review KYC, FATCA and CRS checking on clients and their account opening and client onboarding procedures
- Control, review and liaise independently with associated parties on account documentation to ensure in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with supervisory exposure
- Good familiarity with corporate trust and fund custodian middle office operation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin
