Job Description
- Lead a team to perform daily MPF administration works and ensure teammates to have standard performance and fulfill business requirement
- Coach and guide subordinates in MPF member enrollments, terminations, transfer in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practice
- Streamline the works and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Conduct regular reviews and update operations manual, policies and procedures with reference to internal requirements and regulatory changes
- Assist in carrying out various functional testing for systems enhancement purpose
- Assist to handle compliance status with statutory deadlines
- Handle special projects and tasks when necessary
Requirements
- Degree Holder or above in any discipline
- Knowledge and solid experience in MPF administration
- Operation and fund experience in pension administration is preferred
- Operational experience and management of teams within MPF, Funds and Trust operations environment
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Proficient in PC literature
