Job Description
- Lead a team to perform daily pension operation works
- Process member enrolments, terminations, contributions in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in carrying out various functional testing for system enhancement purpose
- Assist to handle compliance status with statutory deadlines
- Streamline the works and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Handle special projects and conduct regular reviews and update operations manual, policies and procedures of the bank
Requirements
- Degree Holder or above in any discipline
- Knowledge in MPF and ORSO regulations
- Operation and fund experience in pension administration is preferred
- Operational experience and management of teams within MPF, Funds and Trust operations environment
- Proficient in PC literature
- Self-motivated and well organized
