Department Head, Fund Services (Banking Sector)

Job Description

1. Manage and supervise daily operations including trade settlement and portfolio valuation in the Fund Services Department
2. Improve efficiency of the team and to monitor daily operational tasks
3. Formulate the goals, objectives and business operations of the Department
4. Train / develop subordinates and staff can perform up to required standards
5. Ensure the fund activities are in compliance with statutory deadlines & requirements

Requirements

1. University Degree Holder or above in any discipline
2. Solid and relevant experience in trustee, insurance or banking industry
3. Experience in managing fund services activities in the department
4. Knowledge of valuation and asset servicing business segments
5. People management skills with the ability to coach and supervise junior staff
6. Strong team management experience with good communication skill
