Senior Manager, Credit Risk Management (Banking)

Job Description

1. Oversee credit risk management functions including formulation of credit policy governance, portfolio management, credit monitoring and reporting
2. Formulate bank-wide credit policies and procedures according to prevailing market conditions, regulatory requirements and risk appetite of the Bank
3. Support development of credit risk tools to evaluate, measure and manage credit risk of the bank’s lending portfolio and perform credit monitoring and reporting
4. Conduct credit risk data analysis and portfolio analysis
5. Manage the regular update, provide support and follow-up in relation to credit compliance issues
6. Supervise to ensure all related activities are in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

1. Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines with professional qualification preferred
2. Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry with supervisory exposure
3. Sound knowledge of credit risk management, credit policy governance and portfolio analysis
4. Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
5. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin an advantage
