Job Description
- Formulate training plans and strategies on staff training and development needs
 - Develop training initiatives to support the Bank’s business goals and in alignment with compliance requirements and ethical standards
 - Design and deliver skill-based training programs to enhance staff product knowledge and sales , quality service and leadership skills through working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors for effective training solutions
 - Arrange appropriate post-course follow up to ensure staff acquire the necessary technical knowledge and competencies to perform their daily duties
 - Contribute to overall training effectiveness by identifying, designing and developing cost effective training modes/learning channels
 - Act as business partner of various divisions/functions to offer solutions to any training issues
 - Conduct facilitation for in house training programs
 
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management/Finance/Learning and Development or related disciplines
 - Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in banking with exposure in managing and delivering training programs for Retail/Corporate Banking
 - Sound knowledge of training needs analysis and program development
 - Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
 - Proactive and self-motivated
 - Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
