Job Description
- Provide compliance support to ensure business activities comply with regulatory requirements
 - Analyse new legislation or regulatory changes issued by HKMA/SFC and bringing the awareness of the business teams
 - Formulate, review and update compliance policies and procedures
 - Conduct compliance review and staff training on compliance issues
 - Act as focal contact for regulators and other government authorities as required
 - Lead and assist in ad-hoc projects as necessary
 
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 to 8 years relevant experience in banking industry
 - Sound familiarity with relevant laws, rules and regulations, codes and guidelines of HKMA and SFC
 - Good knowledge of financial market products
 - Independent, self-motivated with good communication skills
 - Proficient in English and Chinese and Mandarin
