Job Description
- Lead a small team to ensure daily operational tasks
 - Streamline the works and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
 - Effective communication with people including subordinates, fellow team members, supervisors, and other colleagues in different teams.
 - Assist to handle compliance status with statutory deadlines
 - Handle special projects and conduct regular review and update operations manual and procedures
 
Requirements
- Degree Holder in any discipline
 - Operations experience in MPF administration is preferred
 - Operational experience and management of teams within MPF, Funds and Trust operations environment
 - Self-motivated and well organized
 - Proficient in PC literature
