Job Description
- Perform administration of corporate trust and fund custodian related services
 - Due diligence in client onboarding procedures and documentation requirement
 - Review in liaison with relevant parties on account documentations including custody and fund administration service agreements, trust deeds, and other account related documents etc
 - Ensure documents and operation process in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
 - Review and update procedural manual
 
Requirements
- Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines
 - Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience
 - Good familiarity with corporate trust and fund administration middle office operation
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin
