Job Description
- Lead and coach subordinates to deliver business results
- Grow retail sales and revenue for credit card products
- Drive card usage plans and programs which align with management directions and are beneficial to card business growth
- Execute marketing programs and coordinate with bank internal counterparts to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs
- Maintain good relationship with existing business partners and explore new partnership to benefit the building of card usage habit of existing cardholders
- Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs to retain the profitable segments, stimulate their card usage and increase the active ratio
- Participate in digital enhancement projects to enhance customer experience
- Manage the reward programs and reward costs to balance and control budget and increase the business profitability
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration or related disciplines
- Solid experience in marketing or product management of retail-bank or credit card products
- Good team player and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and computer skills
- Some experience in people management
