Job Description
- Develop credit card promotion and partnership programs to boost sales and revenue growth
 - Maintain close liaison with internal stakeholders and business partners for smooth execution of marketing programs
 - Conduct customer segmentation analysis and formulate card marketing and retention strategies to stimulate card usage
 - Support digital and innovative initiatives to enhance customer experience
 - Manage the reward programs and reward costs control
 - Achieve business target within reasonable budget
 - Provide coaching to subordinates to deliver business results and execution excellence
 
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience
 - Good team player and detail-oriented
 - Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
 - Good leadership skill
 - Strong interpersonal, communication skills and PC skills
 - Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
