Job Description
- Support general administration and mailing room duties
- Stationery ordering and stock keeping
- Arrange maintenance service for office equipment
- Communicate and coordinate with local & overseas courier, suppliers for pricing, order processing and invoice checking
- Monitor the inventory and storage of sanitizing products such as RAT, surgical masks, etc
- Back up Administration and Receptionist duties
- Back up external delivery (when lack of resources)
- Support Admin Payment Team
- Assist ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Secondary education with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Good PC and communication skills
- Team player with ability to multi-task
- Good command of English and Chinese
