Job Description
- Handle counter services, deposit processing, remittance, cheque clearing , cheque book application etc.
- Ensure efficient counter service operation and provide quality service to customers
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries
- Follow up account opening/closure and ensure completeness of all required documents
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Secondary education or diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Knowledge in counter service operation and account opening documentation requirement
- Detail minded and customer-oriented
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
