Job Description

  • Advise daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger etc.
  • Assist in month end closing, and preparing accounting schedules
  • Manage credit control and collection activities and send follow-ups to the company clients
  • Maintain cash management and update related policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing statutory returns and monthly management reports

 

Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficient in computer literature, such as MS Excel.
  • Patient, detail oriented and ability to prioritize work with accuracy
