Job Description
- Manage and supervise daily operations including trade settlement and portfolio valuation in the Fund ServicesDepartment
- Formulate the goals, objectives and business operations of the Department
- Ensure and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Monitor and control daily operational tasks so that timely and quality services are delivered and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines & requirements
- Key contact for major fund clients
- Train and develop subordinates so that staff can perform up to the required standard and successors can be identified
- Effective communication with subordinates, peers, supervisors, and other colleagues across teams as well
Requirements
- University Degree Holder or above
- Lead and plan fund services activities
- Knowledge of valuation and asset servicing business segment
- Solid and relevant experience in trustee or banking industry
- People management skills with the ability to coach and supervise junior staff
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Plan the career development for staff in order to meet the departmental goals
- Strong team management experience with good communication skill
- Keen analytical skills and able to communicate with all levels
