Job Description
- Assist the Customer onboarding procedure, including but not limited to KYC, account opening documentation, offer letter and related legal documents etc
- Assist customers to process daily transaction requests
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments on administrative follow up
- Provide credit support to Corporate Banking relationship managers in conducting credit due diligence, account monitoring and financial spreading etc
- Perform relevant searches such as company search, land search, CCRA, sanction screening, legal and bankruptcy search etc
- Assist to in MIS reporting
Requirements
- Secondary education/diploma holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Good understanding of commercial lending and banking operations
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
