Job Description
- Follow up members’ contributions and transfers
- Process member enrolments and terminations
- Follow up outstanding issues and handle customer’s enquires
- Assist various functional testing for systems enhancement purposes
- Work in compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures and related policies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holders in any discipline
- Possess pension fund administration experience
- Knowledge in MPF and ORSO regulations in Hong Kong
- Detail-oriented, passionate and with good customer service
