Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving guests, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and handling daily mail, fax and courier services
- Booking meeting rooms and arrange necessary preparations as required
- Liaison with vendors for orders placement as required
- Handling other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
-Secondary education with 3 years’ relevant experience
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Detail oriented with good communication skills
-Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
