Job Description
- Lead the financial team and in charge of company’s financial and accounting functions
- Prepare cash flow projection and forecasting for the company
- Handle monthly financial statements, variance analysis and prepare regulatory reports;
- Plan, implement and review the financial strategies of the corporation including budgeting, financing, taxation handling and compliance matters
- Assist coordinate SFC regulated activities for the licensed corporation and associated entities;
- Support management in key strategic initiatives and business improvement projects;
Job requirements:
- Qualified Accountant preferably with a Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related subjects;
- Over 8 years working experience, preferably from a financial institution;
- Familiarity with financial and regulatory reporting process;
- Understanding of regulations / Ordinances such as SFO;
- Team management experience and able to communicate with all levels;
- Mature and with good analytical skills
