Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to investment sales teams including market research, data collection and investment reports update etc
- Organize internal and external meetings/investment conferences and other business events for team members
- Assist in producing market reports/presentations/meeting materials etc
- Coordinate with other support staff to enhance team’s productivity
- Coordinate CPT record /license/ organize CPT/CPD course for investment professionals
- Other administrative support including trip arrangement and expense claim for designated investment professionals to HK
Requirements
- Degree holder with investment background or working experience in Asset Management related industry an advantage
- Sponsored with relevant SFC licenses for investment activities an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Chinese and Mandarin
- Excellent numeric and computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge in Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters and other financial terminals a plus
- Organize and ability to prioritize; work well under tight deadlines, reliable and detail minded
- Ability to take on increased level of responsibilities over time
